…

DAPL protesters were not only self-righteous extremists but also a filthy crowd who abused the land, the water and even the animals, not to mention truth.

We’ve covered the lies told by DAPL protesters several times here and we’ve shared the stories of the way they’ve polluted the land and threatened to pollute the water but now there’s more. They’ve even abused the animals they brought with them. They’re one filthy bunch. Why there’s any sympathy at all for them is a profound mystery.

Yes, the latest of the facts to come out by DAPL protestors is a story from the Fargo Valley News about the animals they cruelly left behind. Here’s the scoop:

Crews continue to clean up the Oceti Sakowin protest camp. As officers moved in and protesters moved out, garbage wasn’t the only thing left behind

Two dogs and six puppies were found and rescued at the main Dakota Access Pipeline Camp by Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue.

The rescue group has been working hard to catch all the animals that were left behind at the camp.

“Extremely sad being these guys were left behind. But we offer, Furry Friends offers hope,” Tiffany Hardy with the rescue group said. “I mean there’s so much hope within Furry Friends as far as these puppies finding homes.”

Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue said they plan to go back to the protests camps to catch more animals. They said they’re having a hard time because the loud machinery is scaring the animals.

“It’s a mess down there, so it’s really, really hard to find these animals and get them,” Julie Schirado with the rescue group said.

They are planning to go back to the camps every weekend if they have enough volunteers and if they’re able to get into the campsite.

“We have a couple cases of mange,” Hardy said. “I know we’ve had some problems with claws that haven’t been clipped before.”

Some of the animals have frost bitten ears and patchy fur.

I wonder what all those other self-righteous DAPL protesters think about this one. I have no doubts they value animals above their fellow human beings, so it would seem to present a dilemma. Still, I’m sure they’ll find a convenient way out by just ignoring the whole thing. DAPL is now old news, after all, and they’ve surely moved onto the next cause by now where they can signal their virtues to the rest of us in some other manner.

  1. Feb. 24 story in Dickenson Press by Laura Donovan describes clean up efforts. One of the contractors mentions his crew is getting instructions from local health officials on how to safely handle large quantities of human waste.

Water Protectors … Bringing E Coli to your drinking water soon.

  2. Of all the pewling, vicious, distorted, hateful, self-interested, pack of white privileged lies I’ve come across, and these days that is like a minefield, this is the most hateful and distressing I’ve run into in a long time.

    You. Disgust. Me.

    • Ms. Ostlund Wood

The easily verifiable facts may indeed prompt disgust, but the messengers may or may not warrant disdain.

Local North Dakota papers have been depicting the ongoing events that the bigger media venues have NEVER touched upon, including the details I just mentioned above.
One site, bakkenblogdotcom, links several stories a day concerning Bakken happenings, with DAPL events prominently presented.
The repetitive lockdown of local schools when vehicle convoys – numbering in the hundreds – careened down highways …the theft and slaughter of livestock … the implementation of homemade explosives using small propane cannisters that injured perpetrator Sophia Walinski’s arm … the stunning degree of environmental destruction these so called Protectors have wrought …

Yes, all these and much, much more lay at the feet of people who are rapidly fading into the dustbin of history with their keep it in the ground insanity.

      Good riddance.

  3. Takes me back to my earlier write up on Glen Wahls blog of the days he spent with the protestors and declared all this to be crap. Well he was right…its tons of slimmy pissy bloodfilled human waste running right into the drinking water supply. Now these are times of lies as seen by the blind and felt by the paralyized

    • I wonder how much of that human waste was from your buddy Mr. McAleer from when he squatted there for a few days as a fake journalist that time.
